| Albert J. Celini is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Sun National Bank, overseeing the credit, operational and market risk management functions of the bank. Prior to joining Sun, Mr. Celini was Vice President, Regulatory Advisory & Strategy at Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia. His twenty-five year career spans both functional and business leadership roles within major financial institutions, and his expertise encompasses finance, risk management, regulatory compliance, governance and strategic business development. Celini also spent a decade at Ally Bank, where he served as founding Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Director of Lending Development, as the Bank grew from start-up to maturity. Other past roles include Financial Officer at Citibank and public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Celini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University. He recently served on the board of directors of MERS Corporation and held executive board roles at both Delaware Community Investment Corporation and Bucks County Boy Scouts of America. |
